What We Collect

• Account information you provide (email address, payment details via Stripe).
• Content you upload (Instagram follower/following screen recordings or Instagram data export files).

How We Use Information

• To process your uploads and generate follower/following comparison results.
• To provide subscription services and customer support.
• To improve our service.

Data Retention

Uploaded files are deleted automatically after 14 days, or sooner if you request deletion. Only the latest comparison snapshot may be retained temporarily.

No Password Collection

We will never ask for your Instagram password or direct account login credentials.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Stripe handles all payments securely on our behalf.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@truemutuals.com.
