Acceptance of Terms

By using TrueMutuals, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our Service

• TrueMutuals is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram.
• You must be 13 or older to use the service.
• Uploads are limited to 1 per day for the Self-serve plan.
• Agent plan subscribers receive manual review reports every 2 weeks.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time through the Customer Portal.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Data Use

We only process the content you upload (screen recordings or Instagram exports) and delete files after 14 days by default.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any issues arising from use of the service.
